As a management company, Commerz Real Fund Management S.à r.l. is aware of its responsibility towards the environment and society and aims to make sustainable and infrastructure investments with its two funds, klimaVest and infraVest.

Transparency plays a central role in the implementation of sustainability factors. The Taxonomy Regulation and the EU Disclosure Regulation for Financial Market Participants (Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 November 2019 on sustainability-related disclosure obligations in the financial services sector) therefore provide for transparency obligations for financial market participants.
