The Taxonomy Regulation and the EU Disclosure Regulation for financial market participants (Regulation (EU) 2019/2088 of the European Parliament and of the Council of November 27, 2019, on sustainability-related disclosure requirements in the financial services sector) therefore establish transparency obligations for financial market participants.
